Processing & Shipping Time
We do our best to process all orders within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). Your order will ship via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail, depending on its weight. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most packages within the US generally take another 3 - 5 days to arrive in your mailbox.
Orders outside the US are shipped First Class International. As packages can get sometimes be held up at Customs, please allow a shipping time of up to 6 weeks. Also, please be aware of any import fees and understand that you are responsible for these fees - if you're not sure, please contact your local postal office. Packages are marked with their true value.
Your order will arrive in simple, discreet packaging and ship from “Cozy Folk LLC.”
International customers: For customs purposes, package contents will be identified with a generic description such as “Cloth pads made in the United States."
When placing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct, and please contact us immediately if you later notice a mistake. We can't be responsible for lost packages caused by an incorrectly entered shipping address. Usually (but not always) the package will be returned to us - if so, we'll arrange to reship or refund your order (minus shipping costs).
If the tracking information for your package shows it as delivered, please first check with any roommates/family/neighbors who might have received your package by accident. In most cases, the package has simply been misplaced and will turn up within a couple days. If you still can’t find it, please verify that your shipping address is correct, then contact us so we can investigate further.
Problems with Your Order
While we check every item in your order carefully before sending it to you, occasionally we send the wrong item or let a manufacturing flaw (such as a broken snap or loose stitching) slip through unnoticed. Please inspect your order for accuracy & quality when it arrives, and please contact us within 90 days if you notice a problem. If we've made a mistake, we'd be happy to send you a replacement at no charge.
Please note that a "manufacturing flaw" is defined as a problem that affects the usefulness & functionality of the pad. It does not include normal cosmetic issues that may occur over time, such as fabric discoloration, fading, staining, or pilling. It also does not include damage caused by improper treatment such bleaching or ironing. Please see the Use & Care page for details on how to care for your pads.
Because of the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns of never-used, never-washed items (unless the return is due to a manufacturing flaw). If you'd prefer to wash your pads before wearing them for the first time, please try just one pad at first before washing your whole order. Please contact us within 60 days of delivery to arrange a return of your never-used, never-washed items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the costs of return shipping to our office.
We're unable to process refunds for items purchased through our retailers. If your purchase was made through a retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
